PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASES.
All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
All Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable. Please clear all your doubts before ordering.
Measurement/ Size/ Color may be a bit different from the pictures. All information is provided by the supplier so Dazzling DIVA will not be responsible for it.
All items are 100% brand new and imported from overseas unless otherwise stated so.
Mode of Payment:
We accept ATM fund transfer and Internet banking transfer to our POSB Savings account.
Pls make payment within 3 days after you receive an order reply.
Pls inform us of your transaction payment details:
(1) your IBNick
(2) Reference Number
(3) Amount transferred
An order confirmation with the date of delivery will be sent to you once the transaction payment details have been received.
Method of Shipping:
We offer Local Normal Mail and Local Registered Mail only.
We apologise that there will be no meet-ups due to our busy work schedule.
For Local Normal Mail: charges are $1.00 per item unless otherwise stated.
For Registered Mail: charges are an additional $2.50 per order.
Dazzling DIVA is not responsible for any loss or damage caused during the mail. Pls opt for registered mail (additional $2.50) for safe of mind as it has a tracking number.
Pre-Orders:
For pre-order items, please place your order as above and a payment of the full amount before the pre-order ends. This is to ensure that we can send out the items immediately upon receiving them without any delay.
All pre-order items should be in stock 4-7 weeks after the preorder has ended, depending on stock availability.
If an item is out of stock, the full amount will be refunded to you.
